1. Acceptance of Terms

PathFinder Groups offers property management services that include, but are not limited to, tenant placement, property maintenance, tenancy agreement and rent collection.

3. User Responsibilities
Clients/users must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of our dealings for security reasons.

4. Payment Terms
All payments for services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Late payments may incur additional fees and our company factors 15% fee for all property management services rendered.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if users violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities which do not align or damage the reputation of our company.

6. Limitation of Liability
PathFinder Groups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon.
